排空休止角测定过程中的影响因素分析

摘要 目的休止角是粉体流动性的重要表征参数,其结果取决于测定方法、设备参数等因素影响。探讨不同实验条件对结果的影响,提出标准化测试方法,为药用辅料或制剂中间体的粉体流动性评价方法提供有意义的科学借鉴。方法参照《欧洲药典》(EP)、《美国药典》(USP)、《日本药局方》(JP)等药典休止角测定方法,考察实验过程中底盘直径、漏斗口径、物料下落高度、进料速度等因素对不同流动性辅料休止角的影响。结果休止角随底盘直径的增加而减小;由于漏斗口径、下落高度和进料速度都会影响粉体下落对粉体锥的冲击力,随漏斗口径增大,下落高度增加,进料速度增加,粉末锥的顶点会被来自上方的粉末冲击,导致休止角减小。结论休止角测定结果受底盘直径、边缘形状、漏斗口径、下落高度和进料速度影响,为后续流动性评价方法提供参考。 Objective The angle of repose has been used to characterize the flow properties of powders,and angle of repose test results are very dependent upon the method,equipment parameters and other factors used.The influence of different experimental conditions on the results was investigated,and the standardized test method was proposed to provide a meaningful scientific reference for the evaluation method of powder flowability of pharmaceutical excipients or preparation intermediates.Methods The measuring methods of major pharmacopoeias such as European Pharmacopoeia ( EP) ,U. S. Pharmacopeia ( USP) and JapanesePharmacopoeia ( JP) were referenced. The effects of the fixed base diameter,orifice size,falling height andfeeding speed on the angle of repose of the pharmaceutical excipients with different flowability were investigated. Results The results indicated that the angle of repose decreased with the increase of the fixed base diameter. Orifice size,falling height and feeding speed all affected the impact of powder falling. With the increase of orifice size,falling height and feeding speed,the peak of the cone of powder can be distorted by theimpact of powder from the above,resulting in the decrease of repose angle. Conclusion The angle of reposeis affected by the diameter of fixed base,edge shape,orifice size,falling height and feeding speed. The present work provides a reference for flowability evaluation methods.
