摘要
首先从独特的“两老办院”治校思想、以教学为中心的重教思想理念和又红又专全面发展的育人理念三方面论述了“哈军工”的特色办学思想,接着从显性的校园物质文化建设和隐性的校园精神文化建设两方面论述了“哈军工”的特色校园文化,最后指出这些正是“哈军工”办学的成功所在。
This article elaborates the special educational ideology of Harbin Military Academy of Engineering from three aspects:the unique school management ideology of“relying on old rules and senior teachers”,the ideology of valuing education,and the education philosophy of promoting all-round development of both socialist-minded and professionally competent students.Then it discusses the characteristic campus culture of Harbin Military Academy of Engineering from two aspects:the visible campus construction and the invisible construction of campus culture.The educational ideology and campus culture were precisely the success of Harbin Military Academy of Engineering.
