摘要
文章主要介绍了在移动技术发展的今天,我国移动通信网络数据要素特点和相关问题。移动用户和终端的急剧增加,数据规模和数据传输数量越来越大,对移动通信网络的数据要素处理的要求越来越高。基于此,首先分析了移动通信网络数据治理存在哪些问题,其次利用数据要素理论对数据治理流程进行优化,目的是为了提升移动通信网络的有效性和可靠行,为网络用户提供优质服务。
This paper mainly introduces the characteristics and related problems of data elements of China's mobile communication network in the development of mobile technology today.With the rapid increase of mobile users and terminals,the scale of data and the number of data transmission are increasing,and the requirements for the processing of data elements in mobile communication networks are increasing.Based on this,this paper first analyzes what problems exist in the data governance of mobile communication networks,and then optimizes the data governance process by using the data element theory in order to improve the effectiveness and reliability of mobile communication networks and provide highquality services fornetwork users.
