摘要
目的:对《食品安全地方标准集体用餐配送膳食》(DBS 32/003—2014)展开跟踪评价,了解扬州市在DBS 32/003—2014执行过程中存在的问题,为DBS 32/003—2014修订提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查、现场调查、专家咨询等方式,对扬州市31家集体用餐配送企业进行调查,运用Epidata新建数据库并据此完成数据采集,采用Excel进行数据的汇总和分析。结果:调查对象对DBS 32/003—2014的知晓率为83.3%,收到意见或建议55条,经专家讨论,最终形成了10条意见建议。结论:扬州市相关单位人员对DBS 32/003—2014的掌握理解较好,但仍需加强业务学习培训,提高标准管理水平,加强标准的宣传与贯彻,建议对DBS 32/003—2014的部分内容进行更改补充。
Objective:To conduct a follow-up evaluation of the DBS 32/003—2014,understand the problems that exist in the implementation process of the DBS 32/003—2014 in Yangzhou city,and provide a basis for the revision of the DBS 32/003—2014.Method:The method used methods such as questionnaire survey,on-site investigation,and expert consultation to investigate 31 group meal delivery enterprises in Yangzhou city.The data was entered using Epidata and summarized and analyzed using Excel.Result:The survey respondents’awareness rate of the DBS 32/003—2014 was 83.3%,and 55 opinions or suggestions were received.After expert discussion,10 opinions and suggestions were ultimately formed.Conclusion:Personnel from relevant units in Yangzhou city have a good understanding of the DBS 32/003—2014,but there is still need to strengthen standard management training and increase the promotion and implementation of standards.It is recommended to revise some of the contents of the DBS 32/003—2014.
