摘要
旅游汉语是专门用途汉语的重要分支,而大部分旅游汉语课程是针对到中国的学习者或旅游者开设的,旅游汉语教学本土化的研究并不多见。而对于旅游资源丰富且中国游客市场占比较大的国家来说,对他们的旅游相关行业已从业或准从业人员在旅游汉语教学中凸显本土化因素非常重要。以毛里求斯大学的旅游汉语学分课为例,从专门用途汉语教学理论视角分析教师、教材、教法的本土化因素,认为教师课前要落实开课协商、课程调查和实地走访,教学素材选取应兼顾普适性、专门性和文化性,教法使用须统一理论、方法和手段。该研究可以为其他非洲国家旅游汉语课程建设的本土化提供借鉴,也将有助于专门用途汉语教学体系的完善。
Tourism Chinese is an important branch of Chinese for Specific Purposes(CSP),and most of the tourism Chinese courses are set up for learners or tourists to China,while research on localization of the teaching of tourism Chinese is rare.For countries with abundant tourism resources and a large proportion of Chinese tourists,it is very important for their tourism-related industry practitioners or prospective practitioners to highlight the localization factors in tourism Chinese teaching.Taking the tourism Chinese credit course of the University of Mauritius as an example,this paper analyzes the localization factors of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods from the perspective of theory of CSP,and concludes that teachers should carry out class consultation,course investigation and field visits before class.As for the selection of teaching materials,universality,specialization and culture should be taken into account,and as for teaching methods,theory,methods and means should be unified.The study can provide reference for the localization of the construction of tourism Chinese courses in other African countries,and will also help to improve the system of CSP.
