摘要
脓毒症相关性脑病(sepsis⁃associated encephalopathy,SAE)是脓毒症患者的严重弥散性脑功能障碍。线粒体作为能量代谢的重要场所,其结构改变和功能障碍与SAE的发生密切相关。文章主要探讨了线粒体在SAE中的可能发病机制,并围绕维持线粒体动力学稳态、改善线粒体能量代谢、抑制线粒体氧化应激、减轻线粒体损伤介导的细胞凋亡、调节线粒体自噬进行综述,旨在为SAE的治疗提供新思路。此外,重型及危重型新型冠状病毒感染(COVID⁃19)会并发脓毒症,线粒体可能会成为治疗COVID⁃19并发SAE的新靶点。
Sepsis⁃associated encephalopathy(SAE)is a severe diffuse brain dysfunction in patients with sepsis.The mitochon⁃dria are an important site of energy metabolism,and mitochondrial structural changes and dysfunction are closely related to the occur⁃rence of SAE.This paper mainly discusses the possible pathogenesis of the mitochondria in SAE,and summarizes the maintenance of mitochondrial dynamic homeostasis,improvement of mitochondrial energy metabolism,inhibition of mitochondrial oxidative stress,re⁃duction of mitochondrial damage⁃mediated apoptosis,and regulation of mitochondrial autophagy,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of SAE.In addition,severe and critical Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID⁃19)can be complicated by sepsis.The mitochon⁃dria may serve as a new target for the treatment of COVID⁃19 complicated by SAE.
