摘要
随着产业结构的转型升级,以航空宇航制造为代表的先进制造业对复合型高素质人才的培养提出了更高的要求。针对航空智能制造专业学位研究生现有教学模式中存在的“重理论,轻实践”问题,开展项目驱动的实践教学案例库建设。在分析专业特点和实践教学现状的基础上,探讨了项目式案例教学的必要性,构建了以增强现实辅助装配、钻铆装备数字孪生、机器人精度补偿三个技术专题为代表的实践教学案例库。实践表明,教学案例得到了学生的普遍认可,有效促进了学生综合实践能力的培养,满足了行业对创新实践人才的需求。
With the transformation and upgradation of China’s structure of production,the advanced manufacturing industry represented by aerospace manufacturing has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of compound high-quality talents.Aiming at the problem that the current teaching mode for graduate students in aviation intelligent manufacturing values theoretical knowledge more than practice,a projectdriven practice teaching case base has been constructed.On the basis of characterizing the courses of aerospace manufacturing and its unsatisfied current situation,the necessity of project-based case teaching method is highlighted.The cases of augmented reality-assisted assembly,digital twin model of drilling&riveting equipments and the robot precision compensation technology have been presented in detail.It indicates that the project-driven practice teaching method has been widely recognized by graduate students.It promotes the cultivation of students’comprehensive practical ability effectively and meets the industry’s demand for innovative practical talents.
