摘要
中等职业学校承担着培养技能型人才的重任,这对中职专业教师提出了更高的要求。根据现阶段中职学校专业教师队伍现状及存在的问题,以机械制造专业为例,通过招聘环节把好“进口关”、在职研修把好“质量关”、校企合作把好“能力关”、竞赛引领把好“技能关”等措施,加强“双师型”教师队伍建设,为培养更多的专业技能型人才提供师资保障。
Secondary vocational schools should take on the heavy responsibility of training a large number of skilled talents,which sets higher requirements for specialized teachers in secondary vocational schools.According to the current situation and existing problems of professional teachers in secondary vocational schools,this paper expands the discussion by taking mechanical manufacturing as an example.School should control the"import pass"through the recruitment process,ensure"good quality"through on-the-job training,control the"ability gap"through school enterprise cooperation,improve the"skill level"by leading the way through competitions,and strengthen the construction of"duel-qualified"teachers to provide teacher guarantee for the training of more professional and skilled talents.
