摘要
南海文化中心为双向超长混凝土结构,详细介绍了正常使用阶段内季节温差、混凝土收缩当量温差的计算,并采用MIDAS/Gen软件进行了温度应力分析。结果表明,温差效应对超长混凝土结构的影响显著,在刚度突变的位置会出现应力集中,越靠近基础的楼层,楼板温度应力越大。设置温度钢筋和无粘结预应力钢筋,并合理设置后浇带,可以减小温度对结构的影响。
Nanhai Cultural Center is a two-way super-long concrete structure.The calculation of seasonal temperature difference and concrete shrinkage equivalent temperature difference at service ability limit state was introduced.Temperature stress analysis was performed using MIDAS/Gen software.The results show that temperature variation effect has a significant impact on the super-long concrete structure.Stress concentration occurres at the location of stiffness mutation.The closer the floor is to the foundation,the greater the floor temperature stress.The influence of temperature on the structure can be reduced by setting the temperature bar and the unbonded prestressed bar,and setting the post-pouring strip reasonably.
