摘要 鲁能胜地室内自行车馆下部为混凝土框架结构上部屋盖为设有加强肋的单层网壳,上部钢结构罩棚平面呈椭圆形剖面呈半球形,钢结构屋盖设十二道径向加强肋桁架和两道环向加强肋桁架,桁架中间为单层网壳,屋顶部分为双层网格,屋盖通过径向加强肋及底部单层网壳与下部混凝土框架柱及环梁连接。基础部分因场地局部基岩面标高较低且有边坡坡角,随地势局部设零层板及吊脚结构。考虑大跨空间结构的单体设计存在的安全隐患,基于工程结构体系对结构整体进行总装计算分析,对于超长不设永久缝的混凝土结构的温度应力处理方法、局部吊脚结构的处理方法、考虑支撑钢结构的框架柱及环梁的刚度退化对钢结构屋盖的影响、单层网壳的线性及非线性稳定分析、单层网壳刚接节点的有限元分析等问题的专项分析和处理,可为类似工程结构设计提供参考。 The lower part of Luneng resort indoor bicycle hall is reinforced concrete structure, and the upper roof is a single-layer reticulated shell with reinforcing ribs.The plane of the upper steel structure canopy is elliptical and the section is hemispherical. The steel structure roof is equipped with twelve radial stiffener trusses and two circumferential stiffener trusses. The middle of the truss is single-layer reticulated shell, and the roof part is a double-layer grid. The roof is connected with the lower concrete frame column and ring beam through the radial stiffener and the bottom single-layer reticulated shell. For the foundation part, because the elevation of the local bedrock surface is low and there is a slope angle, zero floor slab and hanging foot structure are set locally according to the terrain,Considering the potential safety hazards in the single body design of long-span spatial structures, Calculation and analysis of assembly model of the structure were carried out based on the engineering structure system. Temperature stress treatment method for super long concrete structures without permanent joints, Treatment method of partial hanging foot structure, Considering the influence of stiffness degradation of frame columns and ring beams supporting steel structures on steel structure roofs、Linear and nonlinear stability analysis of single-layer reticulated shells, Finite element analysis of rigid joints of single-layer reticulated shells, The special analysis and treatment methods of the above problems can provide reference for the structural design of similar projects.
