海上低渗油田破乳剂室内实验筛选及应用效果评价

摘要 M油田为海上低渗砂岩油田,随着产液量的增加,油水处理系统压力不断增大,目前采用的破乳剂(TS)加药量越来越大,对药剂原材料采购、生产的要求越来越高。此项研究通过室内实验及中试试验筛选新的破乳剂,破乳剂初筛、复筛实验结果表明:破乳剂BH-228、BH-248、BH-177效果优于TS。选择BH-248开展现场中试试验,结果表明:当BH-248质量浓度为80 mg/L时,原油外输含水不超过8%、原油流程运行稳定、各级水质无明显变化,能够满足原油处理的要求。 M oilfield is a low-permeability sandstone offshore oilfield.With the increase of liquid production,the pressure of oil-water treatment system increases.Currently,the amount of demulsifier TS used is increasing,and the requirements for the procurement and production of raw materials for pharmaceuticals are becoming higher and higher.Therefore,New demulsifier was screened by laboratory experiment and pilot test.The results of screening experiments showed that the performance of demulsifier BH-228,BH-248 and BH-177 was better than that of demulsifier used in the field.Field pilot tests were carried out on two platforms of M oilfield with demulsifier BH-248 selected.The test results showed that when the mass concentration of demulsifier was 80 mg/L and the water content of crude oil transported was not more than 8%,the crude oil process ran stably and the water quality at all levels did not change significantly,indicating that the selected demulsifier BH-248 could meet the requirements of crude oil treatment in the oilfield.
