摘要
渤海某油田天然气中重组分(C3及以上烷烃)含量较多,燃料气系统各级处理过程中,脱除液量大,原有设计流程为排放至平台闭排后,通过火炬系统燃烧放空。本着节能降耗,增产增效的思路,对天然气处理流程进行改造,增加液烃回收流程,以实现对这部分轻烃的有效回收利用,提升油田生产效益,降低轻烃对于原油流程的干扰,同时降低油田生产管理风险。
Natural gas in an oil field in Bohai Sea contains more heavy components(c 3 and above alkanes),in the process of fuel gas system,the amount of liquid removed is large,and the original design process is to discharge to the platform closed row,then to vent through the torch system.In order to save energy and reduce consumption,increase production and increase efficiency,the platform plans to reform the natural gas treatment process and increase the liquid hydrocarbon recovery process,so as to realize the effective recovery and utilization of this part of light hydrocarbon and improve the production efficiency of the oilfield,the interference of light hydrocarbon to crude oil flow is reduced,and the risk of oilfield production management is reduced.
