摘要
本文根据500 kA石墨化电解槽阴极、阳极、扎固糊的理化性能,对电解槽燃气焙烧工艺温度梯度控制标准和燃气配比(空气过剩系数)控制标准进行优化试验,提高了燃气焙烧效率和焙烧质量,节约焙烧成本的同时降低了阴极压降。
Based on physical and chemical properties of cathode,anode and ramming paste of 500 kA graphitized aluminum reduction pots,and in order to improve the efficiency and quality of gas baking,the control standards for temperature gradient and gas ratio(air excess coefficient)of the gas baking process in aluminum reduction pots were optimized,thus reducing the baking cost and the cathode voltage drop as well.
