摘要
顺应某车企的新能源乘用车稳定杆的轻量化需求,开展了选材、冶金工艺优化、产品空心化结构设计及其性能模拟、新产品试制、新产品性能试验验证等全产业链核心技术攻关,并最终成功开发出了轻量化且满足性能要求的空心稳定杆。结果表明,新开发的空心稳定杆相比于原实心稳定杆,实现了约26.88%的减重率,产生了良好的轻量化成效。其次,空心稳定杆经台架耐久性能试验50次未出现开裂等缺陷,满足车企对该产品寿命的要求。基于多性能目标的产品结构设计、对钢材成分波动及纯净度的有效调控、合理的制造工艺匹配,是空心稳定杆获得高耐久寿命的保障。
In response to the lightweight demand of a new energy passenger vehicle stabilizer rod from a certain automotive company,This paper carried out core technology research throughout the entire industry chain,including material selection,metallurgical process optimization,product hollow structure design and performance simulation,new product trial production,and new product performance test verification,and finally successfully developed a lightweight hollow stabilizer rod that meets performance requirements.The results show that the newly developed hollow stabilizer rod achieves a weight reduction rate of about 26.88% compared to the original solid stabilizer rod,resulting in good lightweight effects.Secondly,the hollow stabilizer bar did not show any cracks or other defects after 50 durability tests on the bench,and meeting the requirements of the vehicle manufacturer for the product’s lifespan.The product structure design based on multiple performance goals,effective regulation of steel composition fluctuations and purity,and reasonable manufacturing process matching are the guarantees for the hollow stabilizer bar developed to achieve high durability life.
