摘要
稳定杆是悬架系统中的重要零件,直接影响汽车的行驶平顺性、操纵稳定性和安全性能。基于整车各系统轻量化的需求,本文以某车型实心稳定杆为研究基准,应用空心管材代替实心材料设计了一种空心结构的稳定杆,介绍了空心结构稳定杆的设计开发思路,分析空心结构的外观尺寸、刚度、强度和疲劳性能。研究结果表明,通过合理的内外径和壁厚设计,空心结构稳定杆可满足实心结构同等的使用性能需求,同时可实现23%的轻量化。
The stabilizer bar is an important part in the suspension system,which directly aff ects the ride comfort,handling stability and safety performance of the car.Based on the lightweight requirements of various systems of the whole vehicle,this paper takes the solid stabilizer bar of a certain vehicle model as the research benchmark,and uses hollow tubes instead of solid materials to design a hollow structure stabilizer bar,introduces the design and development ideas of the hollow structure stabilizer bar,analyzes the hollow structure Dimensions,stiff ness,strength and fatigue properties of structures.The research results show that through reasonable design of inner and outer diameters and wall thicknesses,the hollow structure stabilizer bar can meet the same performance requirements as the solid structure,while achieving 23%lighter weight.
