摘要
目的研究个体化护理对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者术后康复效果。方法选取82例腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(采用常规护理)与观察组(采用个体化护理),每组41例。比较两组应用效果。结果观察组患者下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术前,两组患者疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术后12h、术后24h、术后48h的疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者心率、皮质醇、超敏C-反应蛋白及白细胞介素-6指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者心率、皮质醇、超敏C-反应蛋白及白细胞介素-6指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为2.44%,低于对照组的14.63%(P<0.05)。结论个体化护理对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者术后康复效果的提高具有积极意义,具有推广价值。
Objective To study the effect of individualized nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods 82 patients with laparoscopic myomectomy were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(individualized nursing)according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The time of getting out of bed,anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time and defecation time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain scores of the observation group at 12 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in heart rate,cortisol,hypersensitive C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 between 2 groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the heart rate,cortisol,hypersensitive C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 2.44%,which was lower than that of control group(14.63%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing has positive significance to improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients with laparoscopic myomectomy,and it has popularization value.
