摘要
目的研究分析在胎盘前置状态治疗中采取益气补肾中药的干预作用。方法选取60例胎盘前置状态患者,将患者根据随机抽签法分为对照组与试验组,每组30例。对照组仅进行临床观察,如果患者出现阴道出血,给予硫酸镁进行治疗;试验组采取益气补肾中药治疗。比较两组患者的妊娠晚期阴道出血情况、满意度及妊娠结局。结果试验组妊娠晚期阴道出血率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者满意度为73.33%,试验组患者满意度为96.67%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组产后24h出血量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组宫产率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组均未发生新生儿窒息。结论临床上对于胎盘前置状态患者,采取益气补肾中药进行治疗,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To study and analyze the intervention effect of Qi tonifying kidney chinese medicine tonifying kidney in the treatment of placental previa.Methods 60 patients with placental previa were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random drawing method,with 30 cases in each group.Only clinical observation was performed in the control group.If the patient had vaginal bleeding,magnesium sulfate was given for treatment.The experimental group was treated with Qi tonifying kidney chinese medicine.Vaginal bleeding in the third trimester,satisfaction and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of vaginal bleeding in the third trimester of pregnancy in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the control group was 73.33%,and the satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 96.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 24 h postpartum blood loss in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in cesarean section rate between the two groups(P>0.05),and neonatal asphyxia did not occur in the two groups.Conclusion For patients with placental previa,it has clinical application value to take Qi tonifying kidney chinese medicine and tonifying kidney.
