摘要
信息化时代背景下,多项先进技术广泛应用于不同领域中。为加快城市化进程的发展需求、实现居住社区智能化运营,在对智慧型居住社区的建筑项目进行整体规划时,应充分掌握智慧社区的设计要点,明确智慧居住社区的规划标准,结合城市发展情况和区域经济状态,采取规范化措施开展智慧型居住社区建筑项目的规划设计,保证智慧型居住社区各功能模块均能稳定运营。对此,本文围绕智慧型居住社区对其建筑规划设计策略进行了综合分析,以供参考。
Under the background of information age,a number of advanced technologies are widely used in different fields.In order to accelerate the development needs of urbanization process and realize the intelligent operation of residential communities,when carrying out overall planning of construction projects for smart residential communities,it is necessary to fully grasp the design points of smart communities,clarify the planning standards of smart residential communities,combine with urban development and regional economic conditions,take standardized measures to carry out the planning and design of construction projects for smart residential community,and ensure that all functional modules of smart residential communities can operate stably.In this regard,this paper comprehensively analyzes the architectural planning and design strategies for smart residential communities,for reference.
