环境实验室安全隐患深度排查及规范化改进实践

摘要 在高校建设“双一流”的背景下,实验室承担着实验教学、科学研究及社会服务的多重任务,安全管理问题作为首要保障历来备受重视。针对环境工程实验室的特点深度排查了当前存在实验人员流动性大、安全意识薄弱、设备药品管理不规范、反应器管理未成体系等安全隐患问题,提出构建系统化实验人员管理模式、实验设备及药品专项管理体系、建立实验室反应器安全运行机制等具体规范化措施,以改善目前环境工程类实验室安全管理的不足,保障人员及财产安全,保证高校科研工作顺利开展。 Under the background of the construction of“double first-class”colleges and universities,laboratories undertake multiple tasks of experimental teaching,scientific research and social services,and safety management issues have always been paid attention to as the primary guarantee.In view of the characteristics of environmental engineering laboratories,we have thoroughly investigated the current safety hazards such as high mobility of experimental personnel,weak safety awareness,non-standard equipment and drug management,and unsystematic reactor management,and proposed the establishment of a systematic laboratory personnel management model and experimental equipment specific and standardized measures such as the drug management system and the establishment of a laboratory reactor safety operation mechanism are to supplement the current deficiencies in the safety management of environmental engineering laboratories,ensure the safety of personnel and property,and ensure the smooth development of scientific research in universities.
