摘要
在弹塑性分析法中,防止局部过度应变失效的评定是压力容器分析设计中不可缺少的一环。首先阐述了采用弹塑性分析法评定局部过度应变的理论基础;然后以筒体正交接管为例,详细阐释了应用弹塑性分析法评定局部过度应变的两种流程。结果表明,在进行局部过度应变评定时,应根据容器或元件加载时是一次加载或多次加载的情况,分别选择相对应的方法进行评定。相比于传统的弹性应力分析设计方法,弹塑性分析法能够得到压力容器结构中更精确的应力应变分布状况。
In the elastic-plastic analysis method,the assessment for preventing local excessive strain failure is an indispensable part of the design by analysis of pressure vessels.First,the theoretical basis of local excessive strain assessment by elastic-plastic analysis was explained.Second,taking the cylinder with orthogonal nozzle as an example,two procedures of applying elastic-plastic analysis to assess local excessive strain were elaborated in detail.The results show that when assessing local excessive strain,the appropriate method should be chosen for assessment depending on whether the vessel or component is loaded once or multiple times.Compared with the traditional elastic stress analysis design method,the elastic-plastic analysis method could obtain a more accurate stress-strain distribution in the pressure vessel structure.
