摘要
本研究旨在探讨基于现代医院管理制度体系下的奖惩制度建设路径。笔者所在医院作为现代医院管理制度体系试点单位,依托系统管理理论,运用系统思维原则、效率和效果原则、学习和反馈原则,积极开展基于现代医院管理制度体系下的奖惩制度实践探索,以期有效解决医院奖惩制度建设中普遍存在的缺乏系统性、制度宣贯和监管不充分、制度更新相对滞后等问题,助推医院制度体系建设不断优化。
The purpose of this study is to explore the path of reward and punishment system construction based on modern hospital management system.As a pilot unit of modern hospital management system,the hospital where the authors work relies on the system management theory,applies the principles of system thinking,efficiency and effect,and the principles of learning and feedback,and actively carries out the practical exploration of the reward and punishment system based on the modern hospital management system in order to effectively solve the problems of the lack of systematicness,inadequate publicity and supervision of the system,and the relatively lagging behind the update of the system in the construction of the hospital reward and punishment system.And all of the above can boost the continuous optimization of hospital system construction.
