摘要
试验旨在研究不同储存条件下鱼粉对凡纳滨对虾幼虾生长及抗氧化能力的影响。将凡纳滨对虾[初重(0.40±0.02)g]随机分为7组,每组3重复,每重复40尾虾。鱼粉在4℃和室温[(20.0~22.5)℃]分别储存45、90 d和135 d,各组分别表示为FFM(对照组)、4-FM45、4-FM90、4-FM135、RTFM45、RT-FM90和RT-FM135。结果表明,4℃条件下,4-FM45组增重率和特定生长率显著高于FFM组(P<0.05),饲料系数4-FM45组显著低于FFM组(P<0.05)。肝胰腺中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性4-FM45组显著高于FFM组(P<0.05);GSHPx mRNA和胰蛋白酶(TRS)mRNA表达量4-FM45组显著高于FFM(P<0.05)。室温条件下,对虾增重率RT-FM45组显著高于FFM组(P<0.05),肝胰腺中T-AOC和TRS活性RT-FM45组显著高于FFM组(P<0.05);TRS mRNA表达量在RT-FM45组显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在两种储存温度条件下,鱼粉短期贮藏(45 d)可以显著提升对虾的肝胰腺抗氧化能力,并且对凡纳滨对虾的饲料利用率和生长性能无显著影响;鱼粉储存时间过长(135 d)时会显著降低凡纳滨对虾抗氧化能力。
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of fishmeal on the growth and antioxidant ca⁃pacity of juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei under different storage conditions.Litopenaeus vannamei[(0.40±0.02)g]were randomly divided into 7 groups of 3 replicates each with 40 shrimp in each replicate.Fish⁃meal was stored at 4℃and room temperature[(20.0~22.5)℃]for 45 d,90 d and 135 d.Each group was denoted as FFM,4-FM45,4-FM90,4-FM135,RT-FM45,RT-FM90 and RT-FM135,respectively.The results showed that the shrimp weight gain rate and specific growth rate were sig⁃nificantly higher in the 4-FM45 group at 4℃than in the FFM group(P<0.05)and feed coefficient was significantly lower in the 4-FM45 group than in the FFM group(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity,glutathione peroxidase and catalase in hepatopancreas were significantly higher in the 4-FM45 group than in the FFM group(P<0.05);GSH-Px mRNA and TRS mRNA expression were significantly higher in the 4-FM45 group than in the FFM(P<0.05).Under room temperature conditions,the weight gain rate of shrimp was significantly higher in the 4-FM45 group than in the FFM group(P<0.05),and the T-AOC and TRS activities in the hepatopancreas were significantly higher in the RT-FM45 group than in the FFM group(P<0.05);TRS mRNA expression was significantly higher in the RT-FM45 group than in all other groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,short-term storage of fishmeal(45 d)significantly en⁃hanced the antioxidant capacity of hepatopancreas of shrimp under both storage temperature conditions and had no significant effect on feed utilization and growth performance of Litopenaeus vannamei;pro⁃longed storage of fishmeal(135 d)significantly reduced the antioxidant capacity of Litopenaeus vannamei.
