摘要
目的 探讨优质护理在髋关节手术后预防髋关节脱位中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年5月本院收治的全髋关节置换手术患者122例纳入研究,对照组(61例)行常规护理,观察组(61例)行优质护理,对比效果。结果 观察组疼痛评分比对照组低(P <0.05)。观察组未发生髋关节脱位,低于对照组的2.28%,但组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。Harris髋关节评分总优良率为95.08%,高于对照组的83.61%(P <0.05),且观察组与对照组的护理满意度分别为96.72%、86.89%,组间比较差异明显(P <0.05)。观察组的生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情绪功能、总体健康评分,均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在髋关节手术后应用优质护理,能减轻疼痛,改善髋关节功能及生活质量,对预防髋关节脱位起到预防作用。
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in preventing hip dislocation after hip joint surgery.Methods A total of 122 cases of total hip Joint replacement patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were included in the study.The control group(61 cases)received routine care,and the observation group(61 cases)received high-quality care.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no occurrence of hip joint dislocation in the observation group,which was 2.28%lower than that of the control group,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The Harris hip joint score was 95.08%excellent,higher than 83.61%in the control group(P<0.05),while the nursing satisfaction was 96.72%and 86.89%,with significant differences(P<0.05).The physiological function,physical pain,social function,emotional function,and overall health score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After hip surgery,high-quality care can alleviate pain,improve hip function,and quality of life,and play a preventive role in preventing hip dislocation.
