摘要
目的 探讨基于时效性激励理论的适应性护理干预应用于老年人工全髋关节置换术患者中的临床效果。方法 选取某医院68例老年人工全髋关节置换术患者作为研究对象,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上加入基于时效性激励理论的适应性护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),患者满意率、术后2个月生活质量评分中的生理功能、生理职能、情感职能、活力、社会功能及Harris髋关节功能评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 基于时效性激励理论的适应性护理,提高了老年人工髋关节置换术患者在不同阶段的疾病适应性,降低了患者的术后并发症,提升了患者对护理的满意度,在术后功能的恢复中具有良好的促进作用。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of adaptive nursing intervention based on the time-effect incentive theory among elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.Methods A total of 68 elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty were selected from a hospital.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received adaptive nursing intervention based on the time-effect incentive theory besides routine care.The effects of nursing care in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients,the physiological function,physiological role,emotional function,vitality,and social function of quality of life scores,and Harris hip joint function scores at two months after operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Adaptive nursing based on the time-effect incentive theory can improve the disease compliance of elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty in different stages,reduce their postoperative complications,and improve their satisfaction on nursing.Therefore,the adaptive nursing promotes the patients’functional recovery after operation.
