摘要
目的 探讨中医护理方案联合雷火灸、中医定向透药疗法对膝痹病患者的效果与应用价值。方法 选择2021年6月至2023年1月在福州市某三甲医院康复科住院的膝痹病患者78例作为此次研究目标,按照随机病例编号抽取结果进行分组,对照组(39例)患者护理方案采取中医护理联合中医定向透药模式;观察组(39例)患者护理方案采取中医护理、雷火灸、中医定向透药三联模式;观察比较两组护理效果,对两组患者实施护理前及护理干预1个月后症候表现予以评估,比较组间统计学差异。调查两组患者护理干预后依从性及满意度情况。结果 观察组护理总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。实施护理前,两组患者症候表现评估结果对比无统计学差异(P> 0.05),观察组护理干预后症候评分均低于对照组(P <0.05),同时观察组患者护理后总依从性、总满意度均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 膝痹病患者通过实施中医护理、雷火灸、中医定向透药三项联合护理能够有效提高护理效果,改善症候表现,提高依从性及患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effectiveness and application value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan combined with thunder fire moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine targeted transdermal therapy for patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods From June 2021 to January 2023,78 patients with knee arthralgia who were hospitalized in the rehabilitation department of a tertiary A hospital in Fuzhou were selected as the objective of this study.They were grouped according to the results of random case number extraction.The nursing scheme of the control group(39 cases)was to adopt the mode of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration;The nursing plan of the observation group(39 cases)adopts a triple mode of traditional Chinese medicine nursing,thunder fire moxibustion,and traditional Chinese medicine targeted drug penetration.Observe and compare the nursing effects of two groups,evaluate the symptoms of the two groups of patients before and after nursing intervention for one month,and compare the statistical differences between the groups.Investigate the compliance and satisfaction of two groups of patients after nursing intervention.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before implementing nursing care,there was no statistically significant difference in the evaluation results of symptom performance between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the total compliance and satisfaction of the observation group patients after nursing care were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine nursing,thunder fire moxibustion,and traditional Chinese medicine targeted penetration can effectively improve nursing effectiveness,improve symptom manifestations,increase compliance,and patient
