摘要
目的:探讨双针法CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检应用于肺内小结节诊断的临床价值。方法:选取2021年5月~2022年11月的肺内小结节患者100例,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例,对照组实施传统穿刺法,观察组实施双针法CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检,以一针穿刺成功率、并发症发生率、生活质量改善情况、护理满意度作为观察指标。结果:对照组一针穿刺成功率为66.00%(33例),观察组一针穿刺成功率为94.00%(47例),观察组高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率为16.00%,观察组并发症发生率为4.00%,观察组低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。生活质量指标诊治前,对照组和观察组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05),经诊治后,各项生活质量指标评分对照组和观察组均上升,且观察组较对照组高,差异显著(P<0.05)。和对照组展开比较分析,观察组患者满意度较高,观察组患者满意度为96.67%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:应用双针法CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检于肺内小结节诊断的临床效果突出,可提升患者一针穿刺成功率,预防各类并发症发生,并利于患者生活质量改善,患者满意度高。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of dual-needle CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy in the diagnosis of small pulmonary nodules.Methods:From May 2021 to November 2022,a total of 100 patients with small pulmonary nodules were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional puncture method,and the observation group was treated with double-needle CT-guided percutaneous lung puncture biopsy,with the success rate of one-needle puncture,the incidence of complications,the improvement of quality of life,and nursing satisfaction as the observation indicators.Results:The success rate of one needle puncture in the control group was 66.00%(33 cases),and the success rate of one needle puncture in the observation group was 94.00%(47 cases).The observation group was higher than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was 16.00%,and that in the observation group was 4.00%.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before diagnosis and treatment,the difference between the control group and the observation group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After diagnosis and treatment,the scores of various quality of life indicators in the control group and the observation group increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher,and the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96.67%,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of double-needle CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy in the diagnosis of small pulmonary nodules is prominent,which can improve the success rate of one-needle puncture,prevent various complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.The patient sati
