摘要
目的探讨应用运气康复法配合针灸疗法对脑出血术后偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复的作用。方法收集2021年8月—2023年1月阳春市人民医院60例脑出血术后偏瘫患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案不同分成两组,对照组给予西医常规康复治疗,观察组行运气康复法配合针灸疗法综合治疗,比较两组患者治疗后肢体恢复情况和生存质量,并予统计学分析,从而评价两种治疗方法是否具有显著性差异。结果治疗前两组患者的神经功能缺损程度、日常生活能力、自理能力评价分值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个疗程后观察组患者的神经功能缺损程度低于对照组患者,而日常生活能力、自理能力评价分值均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的大脑前动脉、中动脉、后动脉血流速度接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个疗程后观察组患者的大脑前动脉、中动脉、后动脉血流速度均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运气康复法配合针灸疗法对脑出血术后偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复的作用极佳,为临床应用提供理论依据。
Objective To explore the effect of Yunqi rehabilitation method combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on limb function recovery of hemiplegic patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage surgery in Yangchun People's Hospital from August 2021 to January 2023 were collected.According to different treatment schemes,they were divided into two groups.The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment of western medicine,and the observation group was given comprehensive treatment of Yunqi rehabilitation method combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy.The limb recovery and quality of life of the two groups after treatment were observed and compared,and statistical analysis was made,to evaluate whether there are significant differences between the two treatments.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the degree of neurological impairment,daily living ability and selfcare ability evaluation scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 courses of treatment,the degree of neurological function impairment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the evaluation scores of daily living ability and self-care ability were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,the blood flow velocity of anterior cerebral artery,middle artery and posterior artery of the two groups was close,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After 3 courses of treatment,the blood flow velocity of anterior cerebral artery,middle artery and posterior artery in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of Yunqi rehabilitation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy has an excellent effect on the recovery of limb function of hemiplegic patients after intracerebral hemorrhage surgery,which provides a theoretical basis for clinical application.
