摘要
目的:观察扶正补土针灸法联合康复训练治疗卒中后肩手综合征患者的效果。方法:选取86例卒中后肩手综合征患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各43例。对照组采用常规康复训练,研究组在对照组基础上联合扶正补土针灸法治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和上肢运动功能评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组上肢运动功能评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正补土针灸法联合康复训练治疗卒中后肩手综合征患者,可缓解疼痛,提高运动功能,效果优于单纯康复训练。
Objective:To observe effects of Fuzheng Butu acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in treatment of patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.Methods:86 patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,while the study group was treated with Fuzheng Butu acupuncture on the basis of that of the control group.The treatment effects,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and the upper limb motor function score before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.35%,which was higher than the control group of 76.74%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that of the study group was lower than that of the control group;the upper limb motor function scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that of the study group was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusions:Fuzheng Butu acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in treatment of patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome can relieve pain and improve the motor function.Moreover,it is superior to single rehabilitation training.
