摘要
目的对牵引、康复训练联合用于腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)中的效果进行分析与讨论。方法选取厦门医学院附属第二医院2020年5月—2022年5月收治的100例LDH患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽样法分组,对照组50例实施常规牵引治疗,研究组50例在上述基础上实施康复训练,对比各组间患者的情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后日本骨科学会下腰功能评分法(Japanese Orthopaedic Association-scores,JOA)、生活质量综合评定问卷(generic quality of life inventory-74,GQOLI-74)评分高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论LDH患者联合应用牵引和康复训练后,腰背肌功能恢复明显,生活质量与家属满意度高,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyzed and discussed the curative effect of combined traction and rehabilitation training in lumbar disc herniation(LDH) is analyzed and discussed.Methods A total of 100 LDH patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects.Random sampling method was used to group them,50 patients in the control group received conventional traction therapy,and 50 patients in the study group received rehabilitation training on the basis of the above,and the conditions before and after treatment of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association-scores(JOA),the generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74) were higher than before treatment,and the scores of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the combined application of traction and rehabilitation training for LDH patients,the lumbago and back muscle function recovered obviously,the quality of life and family satisfaction were high,and it was worthy of clinical application in LDH.
