摘要
张家界西站站房吊顶结构独特、跨度大、层次丰富,工期、场地紧张,无法采用传统装配式施工方法。为解决项目需求,参照装配式金属幕墙工程施工及安装工艺,在框架式幕墙设计、施工的基础上,整合施工测量、连接件安装、板块制作及吊装、质量检查、成品保护等多方面的施工工艺提出装配式反装法,现场拼装铝板板块主、次龙骨、铝板面板,装配完成后进行板块转运、吊装、固定,解决了项目需求,保证了施工质量并体现了建筑幕墙的整体效果。
Through engineering examples,refer to the fabricated engineering production and installation process,and on the basis of the framed curtain wall design,integrate the construction measurement,connector installation,plate production and hoisting,quality inspection,finished product protection and other construction processes to form an assembled The reverse installation method shortens the construction period,ensures the construction quality and reflects the overall effect of the building curtain wall.
