摘要
口腔作为人体与环境直接联系的器官结构之一,通过开放的环境与宿主其他器官相互联系,并直接反映机体的免疫状态和代谢信息。不同的口腔部位存在着不同的微生物群落,同时也会受到宿主与外界环境因素的调节,这些过程均会影响人体的自身健康,也正因为口腔中某些微生物参与维持人体的健康,一旦破坏口腔微生态可能会导致一些系统性疾病的进展和预后不良。本篇综述主要讨论口腔微生态与人类系统性疾病之间复杂的联系,旨在提高人们对口腔微生态的认知与了解,同时帮助口腔医生熟知口腔微生态参与系统性疾病的进展与预后,以及对其致病机制研究的认识。
As one of the organ structures directly connected with the environment,the oral cavity is connected with other organs of the host through the open environment,and directly reflects the immune state and metabolic informa‐tion of the body.There are different microbial communities in different parts of the mouth,which are also regulated by host and external environmental factors,and these processes will affect the health of the human body.It is also be‐cause some microorganisms in the mouth are involved in maintaining human health,once the destruction of oral micro‐ecology may lead to the progression of some systemic diseases and poor prognosis.This review focused on the complex relationship between oral microecology and human systemic diseases.It aimed to improve people's cognition and un‐derstanding of oral microecology,and helped stomatologists to understand the progress and prognosis of oral microecol‐ogy involved in systemic diseases,as well as the understanding of its pathogenic mechanism.
