一体化PET/MRI在乳腺癌诊治中的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 乳腺癌已成为全球第一大癌症,严重危害女性健康,早期诊断与治疗十分重要。一体化正电子发射体层成像(positron emission tomography,PET)/磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)作为一种极具潜力的新型多模态成像工具已逐步进入临床。其不仅可以提供基于PET的代谢信息,还能获得基于MRI的高分辨率形态学数据以及进行多序列功能成像,可以在低辐射剂量的条件下更准确地判断淋巴结、骨、肝转移以及评估新辅助化疗效果,有望在乳腺癌领域展现其独特优势。本文综述了一体化PET/MRI在乳腺癌诊治中的应用现状,并评价其优势及不足。 Breast cancer has become the world’s largest cancer,seriously endangering women’s health,which also indicates the importance of early diagnosis and treatment.Integrated positron emission tomography(PET)/magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),as a new multi-modal imaging tool with great potential,has gradually entered clinical practice.It can not only provide metabolic information based on PET,but also obtain high-resolution morphological data based on MRI and perform multi-sequence functional imaging.It can more accurately judge lymph node,bone,liver metastasis and evaluate the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy under the condition of low radiation dose,and is expected to show its unique advantages in the field of breast cancer.This article reviewed the application of integrated PET/MRI in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer,and evaluated its strengths and weaknesses.
