摘要
职业院校教学工作诊断与改进制度的实施,有力促进了高职院校内部质量保证体系的构建。基于院校质量治理理念的“2334”人才培养质量保证体系体现了职业教育校企合作、跨界共治的类型特点,体现了院校主体的内部质量保证体系诊断与改进的理念与要求,体现了职业教育“三全育人”的基本理念和行动指南,体现了输入质量、过程质量、输出质量和产出质量协调统一的全面质量管理思想。其体系构建的逻辑基础是职业教育的类型属性,核心理念是公共治理的教育应用,运行动力和内在机制是自主自觉的质量文化。
The implementation of the teaching work diagnosis and improvement system has effectively promoted the construction of internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges."2334"personnel training quality assurance system based on the quality management concept embodies the characteristics of school-enterprise cooperation and cross-border co-governance in vocational education,the concept and requirements of diagnosis and improvement of internal quality assurance system in the university.It embodies the basic concept and action guide of"three-wide education"in vocational education and the coordinated and unified thought of the overall quality management of input quality,process quality,output quality and output quality.The logical foundation of its system construction is the type attribute of vocational education.The core idea is the educational application of public governance.The operation motive force and internal mechanism are independent and conscious quality cultures.
