摘要
职业教育作为与技术紧密相关的类型教育,虽然借技术之“功用”,实现了器物形态的丰富化、工艺形态的多元化和智能形态的升级化,却也受技术之本质——“座架”的引诱,在理念层面、主体层面和实践层面陷入功利化、对象化和工厂化等“唯技术”发展困境。新时代背景下职业教育育“生命人”“技术人”与“职业人”多重时代价值的彰显,离不开技术器物之维、技术知识之维和技术理性之维对其物质空间、知识空间和精神空间的承载。为此,从职业教育时代价值诉求出发,重构“始于多重价值,合于道德标准”的技术选择之“道”、“忠于以人为本,臻于上手状态”的技术使用之“道”以及“兼论多重价值,寻求共生发展”的技术评价之“道”,才是新时代背景下技术与职业教育共生共长的实践理路。
Vocational education,as a type of education closely related to technology,has realized the enrichment of the physical forms,the diversification of process forms and the upgrading of intelligent forms by the“function”of technology.However,it has also been lured by“Gestell”,the essence of technology,and has fallen into the dilemma of“only technology”development,such as utilitarian in concept,objectification in subject and factory in practice.Under the background of the new era,vocational education cultivates multiple time values of“living man”,“technical man”and“professional man”,which needs the dimension of technical objects to bear its material space,the dimension of technical knowledge to bear its knowledge space and the dimension of technical rationality to bear its spiritual space.Therefore,starting from the value appeal of vocational education,to refactor the“Tao”of technology selection“starting from multiple values and conforming to moral standards”,the“Tao”of technology utilization“being loyal to people-oriented,stopping at readiness-to-hand”and the“Tao”of technical evaluation“discussing multiple values and seeking symbiotic development”,is the practical way for technology and vocational education to coexist and grow together.
