摘要
中国经济社会已转向高质量发展阶段,统筹推进新型基础设施建设助力构建现代化基础设施体系的重要性日益凸显。本文基于2008—2019年中国30个省份的面板数据,运用OLS回归、空间面板模型考察新型基础设施建设对经济高质量发展的影响。研究结果显示:新基建促进了经济高质量发展,且新基建对经济高质量发展存在显著的正向空间溢出效应。异质性分析发现,信息、融合以及创新基础设施均对经济高质量发展存在显著影响,其中融合基础设施产生的影响最大;新基建对经济高质量发展的分维度综合指数均存在正向显著影响;新基建对发达区域经济高质量发展水平存在显著影响;新基建对东部地区经济高质量发展的影响显著为正。机制分析发现,新基建可以通过发挥知识溢出效应、提升创新效率等路径助推经济高质量发展。
China's economy and society have shifted to a stage of high-quality development,and the importance of coordinating the construction of new infrastructure to help build a modern infrastructure system is increasingly prominent.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2008 to 2019,this paper uses OLS regression and spatial panel model to examine the impact of new infrastructure con-struction on high-quality economic development.The research results show that new infrastructure pro-motes high-quality economic development,and there is a significant positive spatial spillover effect of new infrastructure on high-quality economic development.Heterogeneity analysis found that information,in-tegration,and innovative infrastructure all have a significant impact on high-quality economic develop-ment,with integrated infrastructure having the greatest impact;The new infrastructure has a significant positive impact on the multi-dimensional comprehensive index of high-quality economic development;The new infrastructure has a significant impact on the high-quality economic development level of devel-oped regions;The impact of new infrastructure on the high-quality economic development of the eastern region is significantly positive.Mechanism analysis has found that new infrastructure can promote high-quality economic development by leveraging knowledge spillover effects and improving innovation efficien-cy.
