摘要
安徽化工园区某新建企业,通过对来水水质及水量分析,确定采用“芬顿氧化—混凝沉淀—水解酸化—好氧曝气—芬顿氧化”工艺进行污水站建设。现场调试结果表明,上述污水处理工艺对COD、氨氮和总磷有较佳的去除效果,去除效率分别达到90%、85%、65%,出水污染物浓度分别为156 mg/L、2.3 mg/L和1.5 mg/L,达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》中的三级标准,且经6个月时间运行发现污水站可长期稳定运行。
A newly-built enterprise in Anhui Chemical Industry Park determined to adopt the process of“Fenton oxidation-oagulation sedimentation-hydrolytic acidification-aerobic aeration-Fenton oxidation”for the construction of the sewage station through the analysis of the quality and quantity of incoming water.The field commissioning results show that the above sewage treatment process has better removal effect on COD,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus,with the removal efficiency of 90%,85%and 65%respectively,and the concentration of pollutants in the effluent is 156 mg/L,2.3 mg/L and 1.5 mg/L respectively,meeting the Class III standard in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).After six months of operation,it is found that the sewage station can operate stably for a long time.
