摘要
目的:探讨以岗位胜任力为目标的4C教学法在新入职护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年7月-2022年7月在医院参加规范化培训的118名新入职护士为研究对象,采用抛硬币法将2个院区分为干预组和对照组,干预组采用4C教学法,包括联系、建构、反思、延续4个环节,对照组采用传统教学法,比较两组新入职护士客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)成绩和护理胜任力量表(NCS)得分。结果:干预组OSCE考核成绩和NCS量表中帮助角色、教育指导、诊断职能、管理职能、治疗干预5个维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在新入职护士规范化培训中开展以岗位胜任力为目标的4C教学法能提高新入职护士临床护理能力和岗位胜任力。
Objective:To explore the application effect of 4C teaching method aiming at post competence in the standardized training of new nurses.Methods:A total of 118 newly recruited nurses who participated in standardized training in hospitals from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.The two hospitals were divided into intervention group and control group by coin toss method.The patients in intervention group adopted the 4C teaching method,including association,construction,reflection and continuation,while the patients in control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The objective structured Clinical Examination(OSCE)scores and Nursing Competence Scale(NCS)scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of OSCE assessment and NCS scale in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group in helping role,educational guidance,diagnostic function,management function and therapeutic intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions:The 4C teaching method aiming at post competence can improve the clinical nursing ability and post competence of new nurses in the standardized training.
