摘要
目的探讨凯格尔盆底康复联合盆底磁刺激疗法治疗产后盆底功能障碍的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月青岛市城阳区城阳街道社区卫生服务中心妇女保健科随访的60例产后盆底功能障碍患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用凯格尔盆底康复疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上采用盆底磁刺激疗法,比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组盆底肌力异常率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组尿失禁评分低于对照组,盆腔肌肉收缩时间长于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论凯格尔盆底康复联合盆底磁刺激疗法治疗产后盆底功能障碍的临床效果较好,可以改善盆底肌力、尿失禁症状,延长盆腔肌肉收缩时间,提高临床有效率。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kegel pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with pelvic floor magnetic stimulation therapy in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 60 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction visited by the Department of Women’s Health Care,Chengyang District Chengyang Street Community Health Service Center in Qingdao City from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kegel pelvic floor rehabilitation,and the observation group was treated with pelvic floor magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The abnormal rate of pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The urinary incontinence score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the pelvic muscle contraction time was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kegel pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with pelvic floor magnetic stimulation therapy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction,which can improve pelvic floor muscle strength,urinary incontinence symptoms,prolong pelvic muscle contraction time,and improve clinical efficiency.
