摘要
目的:本研究旨在分析优质护理在重症甲状腺功能亢进症中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年4月青岛市城阳区人民医院重症甲状腺功能亢进症患者60例为观察对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采取传统护理方法干预,观察组采取优质护理方法干预。对比两组患者心理状态、生理指标、临床症状评分、住院时间和并发症发生率。结果:护理后,两组患者抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,观察组患者促甲状腺激素、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床症状评分低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。结论:优质护理在重症甲状腺功能亢进症患者中应用效果显著,可以促进患者康复,减轻症状和减少并发症发生风险,同时缩短住院时间。
Objective:This study aims to analyze the application effect of quality nursing in critical hyperthyroidism.Methods:Sixty cases of patients with critical hyperthyroidism in Qingdao Chengyang District People's Hospital were selected for observation from January 2019 to April 2022,and were divided into an observation group and a control group,each of which was thirty cases,according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group took traditional nursing method intervention,and the observation group took quality nursing method intervention.Compare the psychological state,physiological indexes,clinical symptom scores,hospitalization time and complication rate of patients in the two groups.Results:After nursing,the depression self-assessment scale and anxiety self-assessment scale scores of patients in both groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After care,the levels of thyroid stimulating hormone,total triiodothyronine,and free triiodothyronine were better in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptom scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The total complication rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).Conclusion:The application of quality nursing in patients with severe hyperthyroidism is effective,which can promote the recovery of patients,alleviate symptoms and reduce the risk of complications,as well as shorten the length of hospitalization.
