摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下保留生育功能手术治疗卵巢交界性肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月在新疆维吾尔自治区第三人民医院行保留生育功能手术的64例卵巢交界性肿瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(32例)、对照组(32例)。对照组实施常规开腹手术,观察组实施腹腔镜手术,比较两组手术相关指标、复发与妊娠情况。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组复发率与妊娠率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜下保留生育功能手术治疗卵巢交界性肿瘤的临床效果较好,可以降低术后并发症发生率,缩短住院时间、手术时间,减少术中出血量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic fertility preservation surgery in the treatment of borderline ovarian tumor.Methods A total of 64 patients with borderline ovarian tumor who underwent fertility preservation surgery in the Third People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional open surgery,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The surgery related indicators,recurrence and pregnancy status were compared between the two groups.Results The surgery time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complication was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate and pregnancy rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic fertility preservation surgery in the treatment of borderline ovarian tumor is good,which can reduce the incidence of postoperative complication,shorten the hospitalization time,surgery time,and reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss.
