摘要
目的分析我国气道管理相关研究的发展态势。方法基于中国知网数据库,检索从建库至今公开发表的气道管理相关文献,采用CiteSpace软件进行数据分析。结果纳入气道管理相关文献共2315篇;年发文量整体呈上升趋势,年发文量最高为2018年和2020年的167篇;共发表于455种期刊;关键词中频次较高的有气道管理、人工气道、护理、机械通气、气管插管、气管切开、困难气道、喉罩、呼吸机相关性肺炎、气道湿化等;气道管理研究的发展大致分为起步期(1985—2000年)、快速发展期(2001—2010年)、稳定发展期(2011年及以后)。结论我国气道管理相关的研究已处于稳定发展期,与麻醉学和护理学密切相关。相关理论及临床实践的不断探索可推动气道管理研究的持续发展。
Objective To analyze the development trend of research of airway management of China.Methods Based on the CNKI database,literature related to airway management that has been publicly published since its establishment were searched,and the data were analyzed by the software of CiteSpace.Results A total of 2315 articles related to airway management were included.The annual number of articles published showed a upward trend as a whole,and the highest number was 167 in 2018 and 2020.The literatures were published in 455 kinds of journals,The high frequency keywords included airway management,artificial airway,nurse,mechanical ventilation,endotracheal intubation,tracheotomy,difficult airway,laryngeal mask,ventilator associated pneumonia,airway humidification and so on.The development of research of airway management can be roughly divided into initial period(1985—2000),rapid development period(2001—2010)and stable development period(2011 and beyond).Conclusion The research of airway management in China has been in a stable development period,and it is closely related to anesthesiology and nursing.The continuous exploration of relevant theories and clinical practice can promote the sustainable development of the research of airway management.
