摘要
第二代舰船综合电力系统输配电分系统采用中压直流供电方式,是舰船动力系统发展的趋势。而直流主网短路时,短路电流上升速度快,短路电流大,因此要求直流主网断路器有较强的分断能力。针对现有的支持中压直流、四遥功能的ABB断路器,本文设计基于PLC的断路器控制程序,实现断路器的实时监测、通断控制及整定值/延时时间的自动修改。通过试验调试,基于博途软件搭建的上位机监控界面实现了断路器的实时监测与控制,满足综合电力系统控制需要。
The transmission and distribution subsystem of the second-generation ship integrated power system adopts the medium-voltage DC power supply mode,which is the development trend of the ship`s power system.When the DC main network is short-circuited,the short-circuit current rises fast and the short-circuit current is large,so the DC main network circuit breaker has a strong disconnection ability.For the existing ABB circuit breaker with special medium voltage DC and four remote functions,this paper designs a circuit breaker control program based on PLC to realize real-time monitoring,on-off control and automatic modification of the setting value/delay time of the circuit breaker.Through test and debugging,the upper computer monitoring interface based on TIA software realizes real-time monitoring and control of circuit breakers to meet the needs of comprehensive power system control.
