万吨级溢油回收船电力系统方案设计和仿真研究

摘要 溢油回收船是应对海上溢油污染事故的专用船舶。近年来随着海上石油运输愈发频繁和潜在溢油隐患提高,溢油回收船成为人们关注和研究的热点。本文针对万吨级溢油回收船电力系统的方案设计,分别论证中、低压和直流三种方案,建议采用低压交流电力系统并建立仿真模型验证方案可行性。 Oil spill recovery vessel (OSRV) is a special ship to deal with the accident of marine oil spill pollution. In recent years, with the increasing frequency of oil transportation and potential oil spill it is becoming a hot spot of people's attention and research. In this paper, three schemes of medium-voltage, low-voltage and direct current are demonstrated for the design of the electric propulsion system, the low voltage AC power system is recommended and the simulation model for verifying the feasibility is established~
