摘要
针对双馈异步风力发电机转子嵌线效率较低的问题,提出了将转子槽型更换为半开口槽的方案。选取了某双馈异步风力发电机在制机型,设计了其半开口槽方案,对其进行了电磁仿真计算、转子强度仿真计算及制造成本分析,结果表明:双馈异步风力发电机转子使用半开口槽能满足使用性能要求,转子每槽导体数为4时其制造成本几乎无增加,且能有效提升转子嵌线效率,具有较好的应用价值。
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of inline rotor of double-fed asynchronous wind turbine,this paper proposes a solution of replacing the rotor slot type with semi-open slot.This paper selects a double-fed asynchronous wind turbine in production,designs its semi-open slot scheme,and carries out electromagnetic simulation design,rotor strength simulation calculation and manufacturing cost analysis.The results show that the use of semi-open slot in the rotor can meet the performance requirements of the double-fed asynchronous wind turbine rotor,and the manufacturing cost is almost no increase when the number of conductors per slot is 4,and it can effectively improve the wiring efficiency,which has good application value.
