摘要
文中建立了PWM驱动感应电机系统的集总参数共模等效电路模型,并给出了等效电路关键参数的计算公式。以3kW变频电机为研究对象,通过仿真和实验验证了PWM驱动感应电机的共模等效电路和关键参数计算值的正确性。分析了轴电压、轴承电流的产生机理与共模电压的关系,同时研究了载波频率和电机运行频率对PWM驱动感应电机的共模电压、轴电压、轴承电流的影响。为研究轴承电流的抑制措施,提高PWM驱动感应电机轴承运行寿命提供理论依据。
In this paper,a lumped common mode equivalent circuit model of a variable frequency motor driven by PWM inverter is proposed and the formulas of the key parameters in the equivalent circuit are presented.By researching a 3kW variable frequency motor,the simulation results and the experiment results provide the feasibility of the equivalent circuit and the parameters of the inverter fed induction motor.Base on the relationship between the common mode voltage and the generation mechanism of shaft voltage and bearing current,the impact of the carrier frequency and the motor running frequency to common mode voltage,shaft voltages and bearing currents is studied,which provides a theoretical basis for further studying of the suppression measures of bearing currents and increasing the life of a the inverter fed induction motor.
