摘要 从“专业硕士培养方案精准定位,加强基础理论知识的学习”“加强实验室体系建设,立足前沿性科研技术领域”和“开展“双导师制”培养模式,引导实际产业和科技前沿相结合”三个方面就南阳师范学院化学与制药工程学院研究生实践创新能力的培养展开了探讨。 This paper discusses the cultivation of practice and innovation ability of the graduate students in the College of Chemistry and Pharma-ceutical Engineering of Nanyang Normal University from three aspects:“The professional master training program is precisely positioned to strengthen the study of basic theoretical knowledge”,“Strengthen the construction of laboratory system and base on the frontier scientific re-search and technology field”and“carry out the training mode of”double tutorial system“to guide the combination of actual industry and scien-tific and technological frontier”.
