摘要
冷冻电镜技术已成为生命科学领域研究结构和功能的重要技术手段,冷冻电镜平台的建设给高校和科研院所的学科发展带来新的突破口。现以浙江大学冷冻电镜中心的建设与运行为例,阐述了冷冻电镜平台的仪器架构和3+X创新运行模式,剖析了运行中存在的问题,提出了相应对策,旨在探索冷冻电镜平台高效、良性的运行机制和管理模式。
Cryo-electron microscopy is one of the most important technologies for structural and functional research in life science.The construction of cry-electron microscopy facility brings a new breakthrough to the development of universities and institutes.Based on the construction and operations of Center of Cryo-Electron Microscopy,Zhejiang University,this paper expounds the architecture of instruments and 3+X operation mode,analyzes the problems existing in the operation,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,aiming to explore the efficient and benign operation mechanism and management mode of the cryo-electron microscope facility.
