摘要 由于透射电镜的操作技术性很强,精通或熟练操作的人才较少,这直接导致许多地方的透射电镜空放或使用率低。现介绍一种分权限开放的透射电镜运行模式:以全权限的专职管理人员为主,不同开放权限的学生为辅,建立起分层次、分水平的TEM操作人员队伍,完成对TEM的日常维护和维修、仪器管理和正常使用。这种运行模式的设计方针是将严格的培训、严谨的技术管理和分权限放开使用相结合,对不同的学生设置了不同的开放权限。几年的实际运行表明,这种开放模式不仅可以大幅度提高电镜的高效利用,还培养了一批精通电镜及相关领域的创新人才,同时也为其他大型仪器设备的高效使用提供了重要的借鉴作用。 Mmany Transmission electron microscopys( TEMs) are waste or have lower use efficacy due to the shortage of operators. In this paper,a new TEM running mode with different permissions is introduced. In order to realize the daily maintenance,management and operation of TEM,operating staff term with different level and ability( including full-time manager and students with different permission) is established. In this running mode,the technical management is combined well with the strict training and opening with different permission. The several years running shows that use efficacy of TEM is improved substantially and amounts of innovative talents with skillful TEM operations are increased. It can be also reference to other large-scale instruments.
