乡村振兴视角下农村人才技能培训的路径探索——以A县职业技工学校为例 被引量:2

摘要 职业技能培训是培养新型职业农民的重要途径,新型职业农民是实现农业农村现代化和实施乡村振兴战略的关键。基于人力资本理论和公众产品理论构建理论分析框架,并结合A县职业技工学校人才技能培训的路径探索的案例来探讨和分析农村职业技能培训的发展路径,分析发现A县技工学校在铸牢中华民族共同体意识,拓展产教融合、校-校合作等方面成果显著,通过培训农民群众走向了就业岗位,迈进了致富路,为当地经济社会的发展作出了贡献,为农村人才技能培训探索了新的途径。 Vocational skills training is an important way to cultivate new professional farmers,new professional farmers are the key to realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and implement the rural revitalization strategy.This study based on the theory of human capital and the public product theory to build a theoretical analysis framework,and combined with A county vocational technical school personnel training path to explore case to discuss and analyze the development path of rural vocational skills training.It is found that A county vocational school has made remarkable achievements in building community consciousness of the Chinese nation,expanding production teaching fusion,and school-school cooperation,etc.Through the training of farmers,they have found jobs and entered the road to prosperity,made contributions to the development of local economy and society,and explored a new way for the training of rural talents.
