摘要
天然气作为一种清洁能源已成为世界能源消费结构中重要的组成部分。国家之间的天然气贸易和欧美等发达国家多采用能量计量这种方式。我国目前仍以体积计量方式为主。体积计量的方式并不能真正反映天然气的品质和实际价值。因此,为了公平便利地进行国际间贸易结算,推动国内气源气质提升,实行天然气计量和计价改革是大势所趋。本文以天然气能量计量为主题,论述了能源计量的优势和技术条件,并指出了现阶段从体积计量向能源计量转变存在的一些客观问题。
Nowadays,natural gas as a kind of clean energy has become an important part of the world energy consumption structure.The natural gas trade between countries and most of Europe and the United States and other developed countries use this way of energy metering.Our country is still using volume measurement mainly at present.The volume measurement method can not really reflect the quality and actual value of natural gas.Therefore,in order to carry out fair and convenient international trade settlement,promote the improvement of domestic gas temperament,the implementation of natural gas metering and pricing reform is the general trend.Taking natural gas energy metering as the theme,this paper discusses the advantages and technical conditions of energy metering,and puts forward some objective problems existing in the current stage of the transition from volume metering to energy metering.
